What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit adsphere360.com, contact us, or work with us as a publisher, demand partner, supplier or other business contact.

It does not cover data processed through our advertising exchange on behalf of our partners. That processing is governed by our agreements with those partners and their own privacy notices.

Information you give us

  • Your name, work email address, company, role and phone number
  • The content of messages you send us, including through our contact form
  • Business details we need to run a partnership, such as contract, billing and payment contact information

Information collected automatically

  • Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of each visit. We use these logs to keep the website secure and working.
  • This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
  • We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your questions and requests
  • To evaluate, set up and manage business relationships with publishers, demand partners and suppliers
  • To prepare contracts, send invoices and process payments
  • To send you service, technical and security notices
  • To tell you about our services and events, where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
  • To protect our business, our partners and our users from fraud and abuse
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations

Legal bases (EEA and UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to take steps you ask for before entering a contract, and to perform it
  • Legitimate interests: to run and grow our business, answer enquiries and keep our services secure, balanced against your rights
  • Legal obligation: to keep records and comply with the law
  • Consent: where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Service providers that host our website and email, process form submissions, or support our accounting. They may only use the information to provide their services to us.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, under confidentiality obligations
  • Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety
  • A buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We will tell you if this happens.

International transfers

We are headquartered in the United States and have operations in Portugal, Spain, Mexico and the Netherlands. Your information may be processed in any of these countries. When we transfer personal information out of the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a business relationship. We keep contract and billing records for as long as the law requires, which is usually up to 7 years. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it.

How we protect information

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to personal information is limited to people who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
  • Delete your information
  • Restrict or object to how we use it, including for direct marketing
  • Receive your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and to request its deletion or correction. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for using your rights.

To make a request, email hello@adsphere360.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

This website and our services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
